Domestic Shipping (Australia):
- Free Express Shipping: Available on orders over AUD 180, delivered within 1-4 business days.
- Express Shipping: A fee of AUD 15 applies to orders under AUD 180, delivered within 1-4 business days.
- Standard Shipping: A fee of AUD 10 applies to orders under AUD 180, delivered within 2-8 business days.
International Shipping:
- Standard International Shipping: A flat rate of AUD 20, with delivery times ranging from 6 to 27 business days.
- Available to the following countries: United Arab Emirates, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore, United States
Duties and Taxes
- Included in Price: Taxes are included for shipments to Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore.
- Other Countries: Taxes and duties will be calculated at checkout.
Return Policy

- Non-returnable Items: Customized products and earrings cannot be returned. If there is a manufacture issue, please email us.
- General Returns: You may return eligible BONTÉ30 items within 30 days of receipt if you are not satisfied. Items must be unused and in their original condition, including all original packaging.
- Exclusions: and items marked as "Final Sale" on the product page are not eligible for return.
- Return Condition: All returned items must meet our return policy terms, or they will be sent back at your expense.
- Refunds: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
