Exchange & Return Policy

At Bonte30, we want you to love your jewelry. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with exchanges and returns under the following terms:

  • Custom or made to order items are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.

  • We do not offer refunds. For eligible items, we provide store credit only.

  • Exchanges or store credit must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue store credit or arrange your exchange.

Return Process

  1. Request a Return
    Email us at support@bonte30jewellery.com to request a return address.

  2. Send Your Return
    Mail the item (including its original packaging) to the provided return address.
    Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  3. Receive Store Credit
    Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your store credit.
    Please allow up to 15 business days for processing.
